What are the SMS credits for?
SMS credits are spent as the system sends messages and notifications to your staffs' mobile phones, only if you have that listed as their contact preference. Messages longer than 160 characters take more than 1 SMS credit. SMS credits can be purchased at any time from as little as 15 cents. View SMS pricing
