JustRosters is seeking our first sales person!
JustRosters is a web based startup based on the Gold Coast providing, what we believe is the best, rostering and communication platform for Aussie businesses. We are a small, entrepreneurial team and we have the technical knowledge between us to achieve almost anything.
We are looking for our first dedicated sales manager to generate and close new business opportunities from our various sales channels, including:
- Google Adwords and other PPC
- Affiliate program
- Fair and expo attendance
- Cold Calling
- In person & direct mailing
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with trial members to maximise sales opportunities, and to generate new sales leads via telephone and face to face sales. You will be a keen and energetic salesperson, with a great phone manner and comfortable with the cold calling process.
You will ideally have 2-3 years of sales experience with proven abilities in generating new business. IT sales experience is preferred, however sales experience from other industries will be considered and training will be provided. Experience using Zoho CRM or similar will also be looked on favourably.
We will provide the tools to allow you to succeed including a VOIP number, business cards, promotional material and most importantly, the ability for your ideas to be heard so they drive our business forward. You will have the option to work from our office, your home or on the road.
A base salary plus achievable sales targets with uncapped commission will be negotiated for the right candidate.
