Easy Setup

Once you have signed up we will walk you through your account setup, from preference setting to putting together your first roster. To make things easier, upload your staff and business areas/roles from an excel file then fine-tune their skills, permissions and preferences.

Your Dashboard

Your dashboard gives you a snapshot of all the activity in your account, and it alerts you to any issues that need to be addressed (unprocessed time-off, messages from staff, etc). There is a quick overview on who is shifted on for the next 48 hours, as well as some valuable statistics and handy tips.

Roster Creation

This is the heart of the JustRosters system. Easily add shifts or notes and the system will then calculate your all-important staffing cost. Work in 'role' or 'staff' view and save time by building rosters based your last roster or a template roster. Avoid rostering the wrong staff into the wrong shift using the built in suggestion and warning system.

Roster Publishing

After building your roster, send everyone a summary of their shifts via SMS or email - with the click of a mouse. Turn on 'Staff Shift Confirmation' for extra peace of mind. When you are ready, print a beautifully formatted version for sticking on the wall.

Staff Communication

There are many ways to communicate with your staff. The 'Broadcast Message' feature allows you to send a one-off message to all or a sub-set of your staff. Discussions allow you and your staff to create topics and then make comments. Finally, you can upload and share training manuals, handbooks, and team photos in the download area.

Availability Management

Staff can log-in and make holiday / time-off requests (one-off or recurring) from anywhere. Once they have made a request you will be alerted and asked to approve or reject it. If approved, a warning will be shown if you try and a shift which will clash with it.

Customise

Customise your fonts, background colours and upload your logo to make your JustRosters account look like part of your business. All changes are instantly reflected in you and your staff's login area.

Staff Login Area

All of your staff get their own login area to view shifts, make time-off requests, swap shifts, participate in discussions, download files and much more. Access to each of these features can be limited by you at anytime.
