On Wednesday the 25th, the server JustRosters is hosted on suffered in a hardware failure, leading the corruption of our main storage database.
Access to the site was restored late Wednesday night, however, the last non-corrupted backed was taken Wednesday morning, so data entered into the system during the day was lost. Read more
We have just finished a new roster building view that helps you identify problems in role coverage, on any given day. We do this by plotting shifts as bars, on an hour-by-hour break down of each day. This means, for any given time on any given day, you can trace your finger down to see who is working where. Read more

A couple of improvements and new features have gone live recently. The first improvement is the integration of around 7,000 words of text found in 250 help tips around the system. These help tips are found by hovering your mouse over the little

We have just finished posting over 14,000 words of help text exploring EVERY feature on EVERY page of a JustRosters manager account.While we can’t guarantee correct grammar or spelling, we can guarantee faster access to answers, for all the little questions that popup as you use your account.

We recommend having a browse though all of the pages when you have a chance; you might even find out about some features you never knew existed! (We sure did as we wrote the manual.) Read more
The long awaited pay rate loading is now live in your account under the Settings menu item. You can jump in there now and add your weekend or late night loading percentages for reflection on your next roster! Read more

We have just flipped the switch on the new version of JustRosters!
What this means for existing clients:
- The next time you or your staff login, you will be on the new system. All of your data and settings have been migrated.
- You have access to all the new features and improvements.
- You are welcome to check out and share our new front end website.

After a few long months of pizza eating, Red Bull gargling and all night code writing we are ready to flip the switch on the new version of JustRosters.
First of all a MASSIVE thanks to these two extremely talented guys:
- Brendan Bernard – He has been working insane hours to write thousands of lines of elegant, speedy code with little more than the rough sketches and the coffee stained notes I gave him.
- Saxon Fletcher – His introduction mid-way through the project to put a pretty face on JustRosters was a breath of fresh air (for the software and the team).
While we are not quite ready to take screen caps of the new system, we thought it was important to jot down a quick list of what we have coming. So here it goes:

- Massive site wide speed increases due to a total re-code and brand new server hardware.
- Better cross compatibility with Internet Explorer and Safari browsers.
- Helpful usage tips on every page of your account to help you get more out of JustRosters.
- Improved staff login area and a ‘Introduction sheet’ to help get new staff started.
